As learnt from Sichuan Publishing Group on Nov.1, publishing entities in Sichuan Province signed agreements of intents with Arab countries including Jordan and Iran to license outbound 25 titles of books, which have filled the blank in outbound copyright licensing to the Arab region.
These 25 titles of books are respectively First Cognitive Baby Book Series (12 volumes) and Smart Little Brother Mouse—Happy Cognitive Picture Book Series (10 volumes) in Arabic version, and 56 Nationalities, 56 Flowers in Persian version by Sichuan Nationalities Publishing House, as well as Illustrated Biography of Deng Xiaoping and Encyclopedia of Islam in China in Arabic version by Sichuan People’s Publishing House Co Ltd.
