Huang Yi, who also known as Huang Zuqiang, graduated from Arts Department of The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He learned traditional paintings of China, and was awarded with "Weng Lingyu Art Prize" in his school days. After graduated, he worked as a curator assistant of the Hong Kong Museum of Art. In 1989, he quit the job and devoted himself to writing.
He is occupied writing chivalrous stories and produced many works of excellence. The representative works include "Po Sui Xu Kong","Fu Yu Fan Yun", "Xun Qin Ji", "Tang Shuang Long", etc.
