Author Profile

Ma Qingyu graduated from China Renmin University with a Doctor's Degree in law. He is professor of China National School of Administration, professor and advisor to PhD candidates, Beijing Normal University. His research focus is on public administration and political science and has authored books such as Farewell to Sisyphus, Development and Administration of China and Non-governmental Organizations, Comparative Studies on Chinese and Korean Administrative Reforms.
