Deng Yiguang was born in Chongqing in 1956. He is the incumbent Vice Chairman of Hubei Province Writers Association and Dean of Wuhan College of Literature. His works include saga novels I Am My Own God, Miss Prairie and other seven works; short stories Wolf in Pair, Stay away from Sowing and Reaping and so on. His work won Lu Xun Literature Award and Feng Mu Literature Award.
