Author Profile

Li Tieying, born in 1936, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of China. As a senior engineer, he graduated from a Czechoslovakia university in 1961. He was also the President of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in 2002-2003.
