On the opening day of the 17th Beijing International Book Fair (BIBF), good news came one after another to Time Publishing & Media Co Ltd. The number of copyrights licensed outbound by the company soared again. On the first day, agreements on 120 items of outbound copyrights licensing were signed on the site. A person-in-charge at the company said, the company aims to realize outbound licensing of 200 titles, and 60% of which had been realized on the first day.
On the agreement-signing site, Anhui Science and Technology Publishing House and Singapore-based Union Bookshop signed the agreement on outbound licensing of The Illustrated Ancient Chinese Metrology History; Anhui Educational Publishing House, Anhui Literature & Arts Publishing House and Anhui Children's Publishing House respectively signed the agreements on outbound licensing with several Vietnam publishers, involving a wide varieties of books (over 20 titles in total.)
