Du Nong, male, Chinese, member of Chinese Communist Party party, researcher of Xinjiang forestry office. He made a lot achievements in the work of nature protection area. He was awarded "Advanced Individual in national nature protection management area" by National Environmental protection Bureau, National Forestry Bureau, Ministry of Agriculture, the national territory resources department in December, 1999; he is evaluated the excellent worker by the forestry office in continual three years from 2002 to 2004. The composition paper "research of wilderness in Xinjiang extreme arid nature protection area" exchanges informations at the seventh session between Beijing and Taiwan Strait nature protection area seminar. He completes the scientific research topic "Countermeasure Research of Xinjiang Nature protection area ". He connected the Chinese project with the international wild biological shield to achieve the cooperation, fetched in overseas fund, established the nature protection area successfully in the west part of XinJiang-Kunlun Mountains and has executed inspection and the guardianship project to the Tibet antelope.

Zhang Ping, male, Chinese, members of Chinese Communist Party party, senior economist of Xinjiang autonomous region, mainly been engaged in the financial, economical research and the economic policy decision-making research over 20 years.Since 1990, he managed and edited projects in national stage, thereinto 18 items at province departmental stage, 160 publication paper above the province stage.
